Coverage and Costs
- Insurance Coverage: Our evaluations are covered by most insurance plans. Please contact us to verify your coverage details.
- Out-of-Pocket Option: For those without insurance coverage or who prefer to pay out-of-pocket, the total cost is $500, which includes:
- A 90-minute initial evaluation session.
- A 60-minute follow-up appointment to review assessment results.
- Testing Licensing Fee: Regardless of insurance coverage, a $40 testing licensing fee is required to administer the test.
What to Expect
- Prompt Scheduling: Appointments are typically available within 2-3 weeks, significantly reducing wait times compared to other practices.
- Pre-Appointment Assessments: Upon scheduling, we'll provide assessment materials for you to complete beforehand. This ensures our sessions are focused and productive.
- Comprehensive Evaluation Process: Caregiver/Self-Report Measures and Clinical Interviews
- Professional Feedback:
- Receive our diagnostic impressions during your follow-up appointment.
- Discuss results and explore next steps with our clinician.
- Flexible Reporting:
- Choose between the complimentary one-page diagnostic letter or the comprehensive detailed report, depending on your needs.
- Report Delivery: Comprehensive reports are available approximately two weeks after your evaluation.
- Collaboration with Other Providers:
- We can share your report with your pediatrician, primary care physician, or psychiatrist upon request.
